Here are few simple tricks.








To live happy and successful life it is important to kill the stress. Living in Stress can cause many problems to health and career. Many says to do some meditation. But I personally felt following are great method to keep the stress away.






Hangout with Best Friends and Have a Laugh


Do You know? , you can easily get caught into laugh if you start thinking about funny moments happened with you in past.
Generally we avoid calling friends. But try it once in odd timings , its kind of surprise for you from yourself. Give a call to your friend and just hangout somewhere with your friend. This unplanned sudden visit or hangout can turn up into a funny movement. Try it.

Listen to weird songs or funny songs

YouTube is full of many funny songs and weird songs. Try searching the on youtube and with just 2 minute of watch your stress find the way to go out. You feel awesome and  you might feel better because there are people who are funnier than you :-D

Don't be Alone 

When you are in stress , being ALONE  adds more fuel to it. Try to get out or  try to be with somebody for some other work. Change of work or Change of topic is relax and automatically make you happy.

Watch comedy Shows

Big Bang Theory , Friends , Impractical jokers , Just for laugh gags , Tarak Mehata ka Ulta Chasma , 
Movies like BORAT ! :-D . Yes watch any damm comedy shows. 
Laugh is real killer of your stress. After some time you start making fun of your own Stress 

Explore your old photos

Everybody has old photos. Feeling nostalgic good for your soul. Remembering old good memories give you kind of inspiration to live more healthy and happy life.

Eat Whatever you want

Eating your favorite dish make you feel rich. Do it . No matter what date , what situation it is , you can always find a way and eat your favorite dish.  If you can cook it then it is complete stress buster package. Do invite party guys for the dish you cooked.

Eat Chocolate

Its every body's Favorite dish, Chocolate. There are many studies and many Internet articles mention about Eating chocolate.  Eating chocolate make you feel relaxed.

Talk over the phone to your favorite relatives or friends.

Whenever some of my friends call me for no reason we end the conversation with some joke and finally end up with laugh. Laugh is great killer for your Stress.

Play musical instrument

Listening to favorite music is one easy activity. But if you have learned playing some instrument in the past and for some reason it is history , Get up and get your instrument and start playing with any random notes. It will make you recall your old days and also give motivation for composing some tune. Your mind need kids like treatment. You can keep playing nonsense beats or notes but it will surely keep away from the stress.
